What happens next
- I'll come back with an initial steer from your message and photos
- If it needs the bench, the £45 diagnostic covers the first hour
- You get a quote for the job before it proceeds, with limited discretion to adjust labour as set out in our pricing & policy
- No deposit required to start work
- Most jobs are with me around 1–2 weeks, sometimes up to three when it's busy; you're billed for hours worked, not the full period
- There's often a backlog due to high demand, so I'll try to diagnose your unit within the day or week, though the repair may take longer, ask for a current estimate
